Workshop: Working with AI agents
From the first precise task for the AI to an agent of your own: a workshop for your team, on your tasks.
- THE PROBLEM
- Many people use AI like a search engine. How to give it precise tasks, check the results and make processes repeatable is rarely taught.
- WHAT YOU PROVIDE
- Your team, a few typical tasks from your day-to-day work and computers with internet access.
- WHAT YOU GET
- Your team writes precise tasks, builds loops with checks, plans processes as a graph, works in the terminal and sets up a first agent of its own.
- WHO IT'S FOR
- Everyone
The workshop takes you in five stages from a single request to an agent of your own.
- The precise task: role, material, goal and checks in one request, instead of asking ten times.
- Loops: the agent checks its result against fixed rules and improves it until it fits.
- Graph engineering: plan processes as a graph of steps, checks and approvals, so they become repeatable.
- Working in the terminal: use agents where the work happens: read files, start tools, store results.
- An agent of your own: an agent for a task from your day-to-day work, with rules and sign-off by a human.
We work on your tasks, not on toy examples. What your team learns works with whichever AI model your company uses. We'll agree on length and scope (half a day, a full day or a series) in our first conversation.
